Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Discover Xciting Japan, we understand that sometimes plans change. Therefore, if you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy:
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the event starts.
If you cancel your booking between 14 and 29 days before the event's start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be processed if you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the event's start date.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.
